Linking Young People to Employment and Training (LYPET)
Many young people leave school early without considering the consequences. They assume they will find work, but find they do not know which path to follow.
At the same time, many of our local businesses cannot find the people they need. People who are keen to learn and want to work.
The LYPET Project matches young people with job opportunities. Mentoring and support provides the school leavers with the skills and confidence they need to begin their careers. Business owners gain the benefits of a staff member eager to expand their knowledge and abilities.
Could you benefit from a keen, young mind in your business? Find out more about the LYPET Project.
