Business Excellence Program

The quest for continuous improvement forms an integral part of the culture of local business in the City of Whittlesea. The Business Excellence Program was developed to meet this desire to be better than just average.

The goals of the Business Excellence Program are to provide local businesses with the guidance, support and expertise to integrate initiatives for improvement into their companies. A nine month program of workshops, guest lectures, group networking and industry tours helps participants to develop effective strategies and action plans.

With a focus on leadership, empowerment, decision making and performance, companies completing the program are better placed to grow and compete with world's best.
